At Paris Texas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury footwear isn't the perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging and dust bags, ensuring they are packed securely inside the original shipping box.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, removing or covering any previous tracking stickers.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
